Universal warranty anywhere in the world, while the Refresh subscription stays active. It covers absolutely everything, except tampering by unauthorised personnel.
The warranty and the service are the same thing.
It's worth saying plainly from the start, because it's what makes it different from any other warranty on the market: this cover lives while the Refresh subscription is active. It isn't a two-year warranty that expires and leaves you with an old device: it's a continuous service for as long as you keep it.
And it works this way because the device isn't repaired: it's replaced. Each period you receive a fully renewed unit and return the previous one. There's no ageing to manage and no obsolescence to suffer: the machine you have at home eight years from now will be as new as on day one, and probably a better model.
The devices are designed and manufactured to the European standards for appliance construction, with a service life of over ten years. But with Refresh that figure stops mattering.

How to know that whoever calls is one of ours.
Our staff carry a company ID with their name and photograph, and you can verify their identification number from your own phone.
You should not let anyone outside the company handle your device: beyond the technical risk, it would mean losing the warranty.
