First everything is removed. Then it's decided.

Tap water comes in with whatever it carries. It leaves with what we've decided it should carry, injected in-line as it's served.

Two phases. Not one more.

An ordinary filter does one thing: retain. It lets through what it doesn't catch, and what comes out depends on what your street's water was carrying. That's why the same filter brand gives a different water in Girona than in Almería.

We start from zero. First we remove everything dissolved —chlorine, limescale, contaminants, minerals included— until the water is neutral. Only then do we add exactly what we want, in a measured amount, while the water runs towards the tap.

It's the difference between sieving and composing. Like a printer that drops just the right ink onto blank paper.

Biocore

Purifies the tap water: it inhibits, neutralises and retains micro-contaminants, chemical compounds, bacteria, viruses and protozoa, as well as whatever alters texture and taste.

Ecocore

Stabilises the water without wasting a single drop. This is where other systems send litres to the drain.

Minbox

Mineralises using precise-dosing nanocapsules. Each water on the menu is a different composition of this phase.

the technical difference

Measured amounts, not stone drag.

The market's usual mineralisation passes water through a bed of mineral stone and trusts it to drag something along. How much depends on the temperature, the flow, how worn the stone is. It's a process that can't be repeated precisely.

Our precise-dosing mineral nano-encapsulation doses liquid natural mineral in measured amounts, in-line and at the moment of serving. The first glass and glass number one thousand have the same composition.

That exactness is what makes a menu possible: if you can't repeat a composition, you can't name it or promise what it's for. And it's what lets quality control verify each manufacturing batch by sampling, just as a bottling plant does.

what it doesn't do

Not a drop back, not a single plug.

No water rejectThe processors don't send water to the drain. A conventional domestic reverse-osmosis system wastes between three and six litres for every useful litre.
No electricityThey run on mains pressure. KORE even generates its own electricity from the water flow; ONE requires no energy at all. The models with cold, gas or hot water do carry a power supply.
No drain connectionWhat's retained is stored in an internal container, without returning it to the mains, and processed at the factory during the Refresh maintenance.
StandardsThe devices comply with UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE 166002:2014.
