A countertop water processor that treats, remineralises, chills, heats and makes ice. It takes up 41 cm of counter and connects to the mains: no tank to fill, no bottles to carry up.

Bagged ice is made with someone else's water, travels for hours and melts in your glass releasing everything it carries. And very cold tap water simply tastes of little.
That is where a drink is won or lost: in ice that doesn't spoil it and in water that, even at 5 °C, still tastes of something. Kubic was born from exactly that blind spot.
01 the unit
Four waters. One gesture.
A single machine where there used to be four: the filter jug, the ice tray, the kettle and the bottles on the landing. It treats, remineralises, chills, heats and makes ice, and it is operated from a panel you understand without a manual.

It connects to the mains. There is no tank to fill.
Kubic draws water directly from the mains. It has no feed tank and no external reservoir: no bottles to carry up, no drums to store, no standing water waiting inside a tank. You connect it once and that's it.

The polypropylene filter holds back sand, rust and coarse particles.

Cold mutes the taste. Our composition is calculated for that.
The colder the water, the less you perceive it: cold numbs aroma and taste. With ice the effect multiplies, because the water freezes and melts again inside the drink.
That is why Kubic's remineralisation is not that of any ordinary appliance: it is the byaccuor process, with a mineral composition designed to work cold. So that water at 5 °C keeps its body, and so that the cube, as it melts, accompanies the drink instead of diluting it.

Ions in the ice bin
The air around the ice matters too. Ionic sterilisation of the compartment slows bacterial growth and odours, so the cube reaches the glass as clean as it left.

Every 5 hours the water starts over.
Water that waits goes flat. Kubic recirculates it every five hours: it clarifies, holds back bacteria, recovers the taste and completes mineralisation. When you ask for it, it is minutes old, not days.
03 the ice
Clear, slow and no freezer taste.
The evaporator is stainless steel, not copper: it conducts better, doesn't rust or age and transfers nothing to the water. Out of it comes a bullet cube, clear and dense, that melts slowly and keeps the drink cold without watering it down.

04 cold and hot
Two circuits. So cold comes out cold and hot comes out hot.
Two independent circuits, no mixing and no waiting.

The compressor brings water down to drinking temperature in under twenty minutes and keeps the pace even with the kitchen at forty degrees. The 1.2 L tank is insulated with high-density foam: it holds the cold, doesn't condense and serves six glasses in a row without dropping the standard.
