What data we process and why

This site does not sell or allow orders to be placed. The data we process comes from the communications you voluntarily send us:

• Requests for information and quotes sent by email or phone. Legal basis: application of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request.
• Customer, warranty and Refresh-service management, for those who already have a device. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Distribution or OEM requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest in managing the commercial relationship.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the applicable legal limitation periods for commercial and tax obligations.

Recipients

Your data may be shared with the authorised distributor or installer in your area when necessary to handle your request, and with the logistics providers involved in the delivery and collection of devices under the Refresh service.

International transfers

Given the group's structure, your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. In that case the safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation apply.
